Jason Vazquez, Co-Founder, is a Fixed Operations Director for some of the most elite automotive brands in the country. With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Jason has earned three Excellence Awards and four President’s Awards, recognizing outstanding leadership, performance, and customer satisfaction. He was also a member of the SP20 Group for the number-one selling automotive manufacturer in America, contributing to top-tier operational and service performance nationwide.

James Cortez
James Cortez, Co-Founder, brings a powerful story of growth, discipline, and customer service excellence. Starting at the bottom as a valet porter, James worked his way up to become an Assistant Service Manager at a top-rated dealership. As a Service Consultant, he maintained a customer rating above 4.7, demonstrating a proven ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional service experiences.

Kevin Flores, Co-Founder, represents the technical backbone of REVANO. A graduate in Automotive Repair, Kevin earned a 3.2 GPA and Dean’s List recognition, showcasing both academic and hands-on excellence. He has worked at one of America’s top automotive dealerships, with proven ability in mechanical diagnostics and repairs, ensuring REVANO’s standards are met on a technical level.
